Return Policy
- 23crafts believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.
- However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them. 23craftsdoes not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc.
- However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product.
- The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the 23crafts, it’ll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
- 23Crafts have a return and Exchange policy for the Fixed sets and damaged products.
- If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at 23craftcollection@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
- Shipping charges are non refundable.
- Raise your return request within 2 days of receiving the shipment through help ticket from website.
- If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by help ticket from website with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide refund amount of the product.
- If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped, for customized order there is no cancellation process.
- If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
- The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer
- Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.
- The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.
- Incase we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping.
- We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
- If you first opted for an exchange and then would want to return the exchanged product for a refund ,you would have to bear the 150 Rs reverse shipping charges.
